Hiring Leah was simply the best move we made when we decided to sell our Long Beach Condo. Instead of choosing to go with the "big" broker in town, we decided to go with Leah as she took a personal interest in our sale, stayed 100% involved with our showings, negotiations, and closing, and, most importantly, sold our condo for $100K more than the "big" broker told us our home was worth.
